SEATTLE, WA — Injuries were reported early Tuesday evening after a hit-and-run collision in north Seattle’s Green Lake neighborhood, according to the Seattle Police Department call log.
The accident happened at the intersection of North 77th Street and Winona Avenue North. Officers with the department’s North Precinct responded to the area at around 5:20 p.m.
Very few details have been released at this time, but dispatchers listed the incident as a motor vehicle collision (“MVC”) in which one involved driver fled the scene before first responders arrived.
At least one person suffered injuries as a result of the wreck, but the severity of their condition has not been specified.
