KING COUNTY, WA — A vehicle accident Thursday afternoon blocked the toll lane on northbound Interstate 405 in north Bothell, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
The collision took place at Exit 26 to State Route 527 (Bothell Everett Highway) and was first reported at around 1:45 p.m.
Motorists were advised of delays in the area as Washington State Patrol and local fire crews responded to the area at 1:50 p.m. It was not immediately clear whether anyone was injured, but at last one fire engine and an ambulance were seen responding to the scene.

By 2:15 p.m., at least 30 minutes after the initial report, crews had cleared the scene to the left side of the roadway, leaving all travel lanes open to traffic.
