SEATTLE, WA — Authorities responded to a collision Tuesday evening on 1st Avenue South in Seattle’s SoDo neighborhood, according to the Seattle Department of Transportation.
The accident happened at the intersection with South Lander Street and was first reported at around 8:11 p.m.
Motorists were asked to take extra caution and were warned that the northbound right lane and eastbound lane in the area were shut down as a result of the wreck. Alternate routes were recommended.
A photo taken at the scene shows at least one fire engine responding, but no injuries or hospital transports have been confirmed following the event.
