SEATTLE, WA — A two-vehicle collision involving a bus Wednesday morning blocked all westbound lanes of State Route 520 near Seattle’s Montlake area, according to KOMO News.
The accident took place just east of the exit to Montlake Boulevard. It was first reported by the Washington State Department of Transportation shortly before 8:18 a.m.
Details remain limited at this time, but officials said a pickup truck was involved in the bus crash.
All commuters coming into Seattle from Bellevue or Medina using SR-520 were advised to find alternate routes. Delays were projected in the area.
