SNOHOMISH COUNTY, WA — At least one person was injured Sunday afternoon due to a four-car collision on Interstate 90 near southeast Bellevue, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The accident impacted the westbound lanes approaching the 142nd Place Southeast overpass and was first reported by Trooper Rick Johnson at 3:22 p.m.
While very few details have been made available the trooper said none of the injuries sustained were considered serious.
A section of the westbound interstate, except for the HOV lane, was shut down as officials processed the scene. Motorists were advised of long delays in the area, and alternate routes were recommended.
