PIERCE COUNTY, WA — A vehicle accident was reported Wednesday afternoon on a State Route 167 entrance ramp near west Sumner, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
The collision occurred at milepost 8.4, on the ramp connecting the westbound lanes of SR-410 to SR-167 northbound. It was first reported by the WSDOT at 1:23 p.m.
Authorities have not shared further details on the circumstances behind the event, but by 3:26 p.m., more than two hours later, the scene remained on the roadway.
No injuries have been confirmed as of this writing.
