SEATTLE, WA — A vehicle collision Thursday morning blocked all eastbound lanes of State Route 520 near the Montlake Bridge in Seattle, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
The crash happened on the eastbound highway just west of State Route 513, or Montlake Boulevard East. It was first reported by the WSDOT at 9:35 a.m.
No details have been shared regarding the cause of the event, but WSDOT’s Incident Response Team (IRT) responded to the scene. Motorists were asked to detour around the area.

By 9:53 a.m., the accident had cleared and all lanes were reopened to traffic.
