SEATTLE, WA — A vehicle incident Wednesday morning closed a left lane on Interstate 5 Express near Seattle’s University District, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
The event occurred on the southbound express lanes at Northeast 45th Street. It was first reported by the WSDOT at 8:06 a.m.
Update 8:05 AM : On the I-5 southbound express lanes at NE 45th St there is an incident blocking the left lane.
