KING COUNTY, WA — A vehicle accident Monday morning blocked a left lane on State Route 520 in northeast Bellevue’s Bel-Red area, according to Washington State Department of Transportation.
The crash happened on the eastbound highway just east of 124th Avenue Northeast. It was first reported by WSDOT at 9:50 a.m.
By 11:16 a.m., EMS crews, WSDOT’s Incident Response Team (IRT), and Washington State Patrol had all responded to the scene, indicating a major crash and extended emergency response.

At 11:20 a.m., the scene had been cleared from the roadway with all lanes reopened to traffic.
