SNOHOMISH COUNTY, WA — A vehicle crash Thursday morning blocked all eastbound lanes on State Route 104 near Nile Shrine Golf Course in Mountlake Terrace, according to Washington State Department of Transportation.

The accident took place on the eastbound highway just west of Interstate 5 and was first reported by WSDOT at around 8:25 a.m.

Footage captured at the scene shows a fire truck and multiple other emergency vehicles responding. A significant traffic backup can be observed behind the site, and the left lane on the westbound highway also appeared to be blocked off, causing delays.

By 8:35 a.m., the westbound side was announced cleared, and by 8:43 a.m., all eastbound lanes were reopened to traffic, though two police cruisers remained blocking the right shoulder.

As of this writing, no updates have been shared regarding the parties involved or any serious injuries.
