WEST SEATTLE, WA — A multi-vehicle accident Friday morning closed down a section of Southwest Admiral Way near West Seattle’s North Admiral area, according to West Seattle Blog.

The collision occurred on a stretch of the Southwest Admiral Way hill north of the West Seattle Bridge and was first reported shortly before 7:25 a.m.

Details are limited, but witnesses said a utility pole was struck in a crash that involved multiple vehicles.

By the time of the report, Seattle Fire Department crews had already cleared the scene.

No serious injuries were reported in the incident, but part of the road remained shut down as Seattle City Light crews worked to repair damages.

By 8:19 a.m., the roadway was reopened to some traffic.

As of this writing, no further details have been released, but West Seattle Blog indicated slick road conditions may have factored into the crash.
