SEATTLE, WA — A single-vehicle crash was reported late Thursday night on Interstate 5 near Seattle’s Maple Leaf neighborhood, according to Seattle Fire Department.
Firefighters responded to the scene on the northbound lanes near the North 85th Street exit shortly before 11:00 p.m.

It was not immediately clear what led up to the accident, but one occupant was trapped in the wrecked vehicle, requiring a rescue extrication.
