KITSAP COUNTY, WA — A 32-year-old man was hurt Tuesday morning when his van collided with multiple trees on Interstate 5 in Bremerton, according to MasonWebTV.
The accident took place on the northbound lanes of the highway near milepost 40 at approximately 8:30 a.m.
Washington State Patrol said the man suffered a medical emergency, causing his van to veer off to the right of the roadway. The vehicle struck multiple trees before coming to a rest.
Medics transported the victim to St. Michael Hospital with undisclosed injuries. No updates have been reported on the severity of his condition.
