KENT, WA – Trooper Rick Johnson with the Washington State Patrol said a Metro Access bus passenger suffered a head laceration in rollover crash on Interstate 5 on Tuesday evening.
Johnson initially tweeted about the incident at 6:20 p.m., stating the collision occurred in the southbound lanes of I-5 at State Route 518.
Rollover Collision on SB I-5 at 518 involving an Access bus. There were passengers in the bus. Aid on scene. I am on the way and will update with more info when I arrive. It is blocking and will be causing backups in the area. Avoid it if you can.

After Johnson arrived at the scene, more details were provided. The collision involved the Metro Access bus and a truck, leaving one bus passenger with a head laceration. There were no reports of other injuries.
Just arrived on scene of the rollover collision. There are two vehicles involved. A truck and the metro bus. Only one passenger on the bus that suffered a head laceration. The left two lanes of I-5 south were blocked until tow trucks could clear the scene.
