News: Metro Access bus passenger suffers head laceration in rollover crash in Kent

KENT, WA – Trooper Rick Johnson with the Washington State Patrol said a Metro Access bus passenger suffered a head laceration in rollover crash on Interstate 5 on Tuesday evening.

Johnson initially tweeted about the incident at 6:20 p.m., stating the collision occurred in the southbound lanes of I-5 at State Route 518.

After Johnson arrived at the scene, more details were provided. The collision involved the Metro Access bus and a truck, leaving one bus passenger with a head laceration. There were no reports of other injuries.

The left two lanes of I-5 south were blocked until tow trucks could clear the scene.
