News: 38-year-old driver killed in rollover crash on I-5 in Federal Way

FEDERAL WAY, WA – Troopers responded to the scene of a fatal single-vehicle rollover crash on Interstate 5 in Federal Way on Wednesday evening.

According to KIRO 7, the accident occurred around 6:15 p.m., when a 38-year-old driver lost control of their vehicle while traveling northbound on I-5 at 333rd Street. The car left the roadway, crashing into a ditch before striking a tree and rolling over.

The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The report stated they were not secured by a seat belt at the time of the crash.
