SEATAC, WA – Three people were sent to the hospital after an attempted hit-and-run collision involving a stolen vehicle in SeaTac Tuesday.

According to KOMO, the incident occurred at about 9:30 p.m. when the driver of a stolen vehicle collided with another vehicle near the intersection of South 216th Street and Military Road South.

Police say the force of the impact sent the second vehicle into a utility pole injuring both people inside. They were both sent to a local hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

Both a male and female suspect attempted to flee the scene on foot. Police caught the driver and he was transported to a local hospital and is expected to survive as well. Investigators are unsure of who was driving at the time of the accident at this time.
