SEATTLE, WA — Authorities were called to a vehicle crash Wednesday evening in downtown Seattle’s Pike/Pine neighborhood, according to the Seattle Department of Transportation.
The accident happened on a stretch of Broadway at Pike Street and was first reported by SDOT shortly after 7:30 p.m.
As of this writing, it remains unclear what led up to the wreck and how many vehicles were impacted.
A westbound travel lane and all the bike lanes were blocked in the area during the emergency response. By 7:49 p.m., crews had cleared the scene from the roadway.

While a traffic camera captured at least one fire engine at the scene, no information regarding potential injuries and/or hospital transports has been shared with the public.
