SNOHOMISH COUNTY, WA — A two-vehicle collision Thursday morning involving a semi-truck and a car blocked the center lane on Interstate 5 southbound near northeast Lynnwood, according to Washington State Department of Transportation.

The accident took place on a stretch of I-5 southbound before the merge to Interstate 405 shortly before 11:40 a.m.
