Officers found the Honda Civic driver emitted a strong odor of alcohol and observed containers of alcoholic beverages in the causing vehicle.
The driver, a 37-year-old man, was arrested for hit-and-run and attempting to evade police.
No significant injuries were reported in the multi-vehicle crash.
