News: Man killed in hit-and-run near Brandman University in Kitsap County

KITSAP COUNTY, WA — A 36-year-old man was found deceased Monday night after an apparent hit-and-run crash on Clear Creek Road Northwest in Poulsbo, according to Q13 Fox.

Deputies were dispatched to the scene in the 15000 block of Clear Creek Road Northwest near the Northwest Orweiler Road intersection at approximately 10:45 p.m.

An investigation found that the victim had been hit by a vehicle going northbound on Clear Creek Road towards Poulsbo.

Witnesses recalled a dark-colored sedan traveling northbound at high speed, and investigators have uncovered evidence suggesting the causing vehicle is a Nissan Sentra from 2007 to 2012.

As of Wednesday, the suspect vehicle and driver have not been located.
