KITTITAS COUNTY, WA — Injuries were reported Friday evening following a collision involving two vehicles on Interstate 90 westbound in Snoqualmie Pass, according to Trooper John Bryant with Washington State Patrol.

The accident occurred in the westbound lanes of I-90 near milepost 62 about nine miles east of Snoqualmie Summit. It was first reported by Trooper Bryant shortly before 5:00 p.m.

The incident completely shut down I-90 westbound, causing delays as traffic was detoured through the shoulder.

The left lane was reopened at 6:03 p.m., though no other traffic updates around the incident were shared since.

No further details have been reported confirming the number of people injured or the extent of their injuries.
