SEATTLE, WA – A pedestrian was killed at 158th Street and 35th Avenue in Mill Creek on Dec. 1.
The victim was struck and died at the scene, according to Q13 Fox.
The driver, a 51-year-old from Lynnwood, attempted to flee, but was pulled over on 164th Street and arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence.
