Full job description:

Location: Seattle, WA / Tacoma, WA/ Spokane, WA (On-site)
Compensation: $23/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Dubin Law Group is seeking a Legal Assistant to support our Personal Injury Case Management team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the legal field, gain hands-on experience with case management operations, and build a long-term career in a professional law firm environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Send Letters of Representation to providers, insurance carriers, and subrogation entities
• Set up and manage subrogation claims and request updated ledgers
• Communicate with medical providers to confirm billing and insurance details
• Perform balance confirmations and track outstanding balances
• Scan, organize, and file documents in Filevine and internal systems
• Prepare withdrawal and disbursement letters
• Request cost-advanced reports and track follow-ups
• Maintain accurate task tracking and case documentation

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Comfortable working with case management software and digital files
• Prior legal, administrative, or office experience preferred but not required
