TACOMA, WA – Police say a 58-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident at the intersection of South 72nd Street and South I Street in Tacoma on Saturday morning, reports KIRO7.
According to authorities, the collision occurred around 12:40 a.m. Saturday when a vehicle traveling east on South 72nd Street struck the pedestrian at the South I Street intersection. The driver fled the scene and has not been located by police.
At this time, police do not have information on the suspect or vehicle and are still investigating the circumstances of the collision. Our team will update this blog if more details are released.
