KING COUNTY, WA — A vehicle accident Tuesday morning partially blocked a State Route 18 exit ramp in south Federal Way, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
The crash happened on the ramp connecting SR-18 westbound to Interstate 5, in the Kitts Corner area. It was first reported by WSDOT at 8:35 a.m.
Officials have not specified a possible cause of the wreck, but the left lane of the offramp was closed for nearly 20 minutes.
Washington State Patrol troopers responded to the scene, where multiple vehicles appear to have been involved. Motorists were warned of delays.

Shortly before 9:00 a.m., crews had cleared the accident to the shoulder, but footage taken at the scene continued to show slow-moving traffic in the area.
No serious injuries have been confirmed at this time.
