News: WSP arrests alleged DUI driver following collision in Kent 

KENT, WA – Washington State Patrol arrested an alleged DUI driver following a multi-vehicle collision in Kent on Thursday. 

The crash occurred on Interstate 5 South, KIRO 7 reports. The alleged DUI driver allegedly tried to flee the scene. One of the drivers involved in the crash followed the driver from behind and called 911. 

Washington State Patrol located the DUI driver on SR 18 in Federal Way. 

WSP attempted to pull the alleged DUI motorist over, but they refused before surrendering. WSP conducted a field sobriety test on them, and they got a breath sample of .232, nearly three times over the legal limit of .08. 

The driver was arrested, and no one was injured.
