TUKWILA, WA – The Washington Department of Transportation had to shut down the east and westbound directions of State Route 518 due to a Wednesday morning collision.
The crash happened near State Route 99 and warranted a response from crews and first responders who pulled up to the scene after 5 a.m. They closed the area for an hour and reopened all lanes at 6 a.m., according to King5.
Authorities did not confirm the number of people and vehicles involved or report any injuries.
The cause of the collision has not been made immediately clear.
