News: WSDOT blocks portion of SR 167 in Kent due to collision 

KENT, WA – The Washington Department of Transportation had to block a portion of the southbound State Route 167 due to a Friday afternoon collision.

WSDOT first reported the crash at 1:24 p.m., saying officials blocked a left lane.

Drivers approaching are urged to reduce their speed, proceed with caution, or seek alternative routes until crews can clean up debris left behind from the crash.

No injuries were reported, and the number of people and vehicles involved has not been made clear. Officials are working to determine the exact cause of the collision.
