PUYALLUP, WA – Washington State Department of Transportation crews had to close a portion of SR 512 along South Meridian for several hours on Thursday due to a big rig collision.
According to Kiro7, the big rig driver crashed into a cable barrier, causing the rig to get entangled in the cable barrier. Officials shut down the highway’s left lane so crews could remove the truck from the scene.
Despite the nature of the crash, no one was injured.
