News: Wrong-way driver arrested, one vehicle crashes off road in Yelm 

YELM, WA – A wrong-way driver was arrested, and one vehicle was said to have crashed off the road in Yelm on Sunday, Fox13Seattle reports. 

According to the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office, the wrong-way driver was traveling on 148th Avenue Southeast. He nearly struck another vehicle head-on. The other vehicle drifted out of its lane and crashed into the vehicle off the road to avoid a wrong-way crash. 

Thurston County deputies confirmed the wrong-way driver had a BAC level over three times the legal limit and was arrested. 

No injuries were reported.
