SHORELINE, WA – According to WSDOT Traffic, a crash disrupted traffic on the ramp from Northeast 145th Street to northbound Interstate 5 on Monday.
On the I-5 northbound on-ramp from NE 145th St (MP 175) there is a collision partially blocking the ramp.
