News: Woman loses life to pedestrian crash in Fife

FIFE, WA – A woman lost her life to a pedestrian crash that occurred on the 4400th block of Pacific Highway E on Friday, KOMONews reports. 

Fife police responded to the scene before 5:45 a.m. The male driver who struck the woman with his vehicle said he did not see the female pedestrian, who was wearing all black, and hit her. 

The female pedestrian died from her injuries at the scene. 

Police said the driver did not exhibit signs of impairment and drove the speed limit.
