SEATTLE, WA – According to FOX 13, a driver struck and killed a woman on Martin Luther King Jr. Way South between South Norfolk Street and South Ryan Way on Friday.
Seattle police said officers and medics responded to reports of a collision involving a pedestrian and a vehicle.
The driver of an SUV hit the woman as she was crossing the street. The driver was then rear-ended by a car.
First responders pronounced the woman dead at the scene.
Authorities determined that neither driver was impaired.
The Seattle Police Department is investigating the incident.
