News Update: DUI driver ID’d after collision on I-90 near Edgar Martinez. Dr. 

SEATTLE, WA – According to an update from Fox13Seattle, the person who was arrested for DUI after crashing into a barrier on I-90 on Monday has been identified as Carlos Lozano. 

Lozano, a 46-year-old man from Tacoma, was arrested and charged with DUI and vehicular assault. The collision occurred after 11:30 p.m. along Edgar Martinez Drive. 

Lozano’s passenger, a 55-year-old man from Edgewood, was sent to Harborview Medical Center for treatment of unspecified injuries. 

Lozano was uninjured. 

Officials shut down the interstate’s eastbound lanes for nearly four hours.
