STEVENS PASS, WA – According to new information from Fox13Seattle, it was two vehicles that collided on U.S. 2 on Tuesday, which warranted a need for road closures.
A photo from Washington State Patrol showed a gray SUV with significant front-end damage and a pickup truck with its hood up. It’s unclear if anyone was injured, but troopers did call it a critical incident.
WSP did not say if snowy and icy road conditions played a role in the crash. Officials put a snow advisory in effect by 4 a.m. and lifted all road closures by 5 p.m.
