News: Two people sustain injuries in Renton rollover accident

RENTON, WA – A rollover accident injured two people and knocked down two power poles on Thursday morning.

According to KIRO 7 News, the crash occurred in the 2600 block of Benson Road South around 6:30 a.m.

The two injured people were extricated from their vehicle by local firefighters and transported to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle for their injuries. Their conditions are unknown.

Only one vehicle was involved in the accident. It is unclear what caused the crash.

Power was out for around 200 customers in the area due to the downed power poles. Benson Road South was closed between South 26th to SE 168th Street.
