SEATTLE, WA – A light rail train hit a man in a wheelchair at S Orcas St and Martin Luther King Jr Way S on Thursday, according to KIRO 7.
The 67-year-old victim was crossing the intersection against the light when the train hit him around 6 p.m.
First responders transported the man to an area hospital with a serious leg injury.
The injury is considered non-life-threatening.
