LAKEWOOD, WA – A train struck and killed a pedestrian on Bridgeport Way SW near Pacific Hwy SW on Monday, according to FOX 13.
The train hit the victim around 11:26 a.m.
Following the collision, crews shut down Bridgeport Way SW between Pacific Hwy and 112th St SW and Pacific Hwy SW so authorities could investigate the crash.
Officials have not released the victim’s name or information on what caused the collision.
