News: Teen driver fatally collides with house during high-speed chase in Snohomish County

EVERETT, WA – A 19-year-old died after they slammed into a house near 4th Avenue West and 112th Street Southwest during a high-speed chase on Wednesday, according to KIRO 7. 

The 19-year-old was heading north on 4th Avenue West at high speeds when deputies spotted them around midnight and began pursuing him. 

Police say the 19-year-old ran multiple red lights before losing control and slamming into a car near 112th Street Southwest. The driver then struck a parked car and a concrete wall before plowing into a house. The driver was ejected from the vehicle during the crash. 

First responders transported the driver to an area hospital, where he died. 

Officials have not released the driver’s name.
