LAKEWOOD, WA – A motorist suspected of driving while intoxicated caused a three-car crash on Southbound I-5 on Thursday evening.
Washington State Patrol District 1 tweeted that the crash happened on Southbound I-5 at Bridgeport Way at around 5:54 p.m.
Local authorities arrested the driver on suspicion of impairment. That person and their passenger were the only ones injured in the crash. According to the photos attached to the tweet, it appears a pick up truck and SUV were involved in the accident.
