BURIEN, WA – The King County Sheriff’s Office is on the hunt for a suspect who reportedly crashed their vehicle into a Burien apartment building and fled the scene on Monday.
The hit-and-run crash happened before 3 a.m. at the intersection of Southwest 126th Street and Ambaum Boulevard, Komo News reports.
The suspect was driving a truck, police said.
Police confirmed the building’s occupants were able to evacuate, but did not say if anyone was injured. They said everyone was okay.
Deputies have not arrested the suspect.
It’s unclear if the building’s structural integrity was compromised.
