News: SPD called to hit-and-run on Lake City Way NE in north Seattle

SEATTLE, WA — A hit-and-run collision was reported Friday evening in north Seattle’s Roosevelt neighborhood, according to the Seattle Police Department call log.

The incident took place in the 7500 block of Lake City Way Northeast. Officers with the department’s North Precinct were dispatched to the area after receiving a call at around 6:52 p.m.

As of this writing, the SPD has not released a statement on the circumstances of the event or any information about the involved parties, but at least one person fled the scene.

It’s unclear at this time whether anyone was seriously injured or whether a description of the fleeing vehicle and/or suspect was recorded.
