PASCO, WA – A snowplow driver was injured Saturday when a car ran a stop sign and collided with the plow he was operating, according to the Washington Department of Transportation.
The collision happened on US 395, close to the town of Pasco. The snowplow driver was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of back pain, and the causing sedan needed to be towed from the scene. It’s not clear whether its driver was hurt.
It was the third time this season that a vehicle has collided with a WDOT-operated snowplow.
