KING COUNTY, WA — Crews were dispatched to a semi-truck crash early Thursday on Interstate 90 in North Bend, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The accident happened on the eastbound side of I-90 near milepost 37, west of Southeast 171st Street and Southeast Homestead Valley Road. WSP Trooper Rick Johnson said it was first reported shortly before 1:00 a.m.
Preliminary details indicate one of the semi’s tires blew out, causing the vehicle to veer from the westbound lanes and into the eastbound side, where it came to rest.

No major injuries were reported, but motorists were advised that the roadway would remain closed until crews could clear a spill caused by a ruptured and detached fuel tank.
