News: Semi-truck causes major accident before rolling over

AUBURN, WA- Q13 Fox reports a semi-truck was involved in a multi-car accident before it rolled over into a small body of water off of Highway 18 at West Valley. 

A person was trapped upside down in the truck that was also underwater before emergency crews were able to free them. 

We know that at least 4 people have been hurt, but their injuries do not appear to be serious. 

WSP stated that it appears brake failure caused the accident.
