SEATTLE, WA – Seattle police and firefighters blocked two lanes on the West Seattle Bridge on Thursday evening due to a traffic collision.
The West Seattle Blog reported the crash before 5:30 p.m., saying it occurred between the 1st and 4th exits and indicated that two fire truck engines responded to the scene. Even though closures were in effect, commuters were still able to pass the scene of the collision, as authorities worked to clean up debris from the crash and render aid to the involved occupants.
Officials have not specified the cause of the crash or whether anyone was injured.
