News: Rollover collision in Yelm sends Thurston Co. deputy to hospital 

YELM, WA – A Thurston County deputy was sent to a hospital after a rollover collision that happened in Yelm on Wednesday morning. 

Kiro7 first reported the crash after 9:00 a.m. Preliminary details show that the Thurston County deputy was on their way to respond to a separate rollover collision when their vehicle crashed and overturned. 

The deputy sustained minor injuries and was transported to a hospital for treatment. 

Officials confirmed the deputy’s sirens and headlights were on while they were traveling to the other crash. 

Yelm police took over the other rollover crash. 

The exact or approximate location of the deputy’s collision was not revealed.

Washington State Patrol will be investigating the details behind the deputy’s rollover collision.
