EVERETT, WA – A pedestrian was rushed to a Seattle hospital after being struck by a semi-truck on a busy I-5 on-ramp Sunday night.
According to KIRO, the unidentified pedestrian was hit sometime before 10:30 a.m. while walking on the ramp from 128th Street to I-5.
It is unclear why the pedestrian was walking near the freeway when the accident occurred. However, they were taken to Harborview Medical Center to be treated for serious, potentially life-threatening injuries.
