SNOHOMISH COUNTY, WA — A man died late Sunday night after being struck by a vehicle on State Route 99 in south Everett, according to KOMO News.
The fatal incident took place near Airport Road shortly after 11:00 p.m.
Details are limited, but the Everett Police Department said a pedestrian tried to cross the street on a driver’s right-of-way and was hit.
It was not immediately clear whether the victim died at the scene or at a hospital.
Authorities said the driver stayed after the crash and cooperated with officers.
