SNOHOMISH COUNTY, WA — A man died Thursday after being struck by a train in downtown Sultan, according to KIRO 7 Seattle.
The fatal incident occurred on Mann Road, in an area along the Skykomish River. It was first reported by KIRO 7 at 2:19 p.m.
Details are limited at this time, but the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office indicated the victim died from his injuries at the scene.
A section of the road was blocked to traffic during the response and investigation.
